July 26, 2009, Jim, Anita, Alan and I participated in the 100km Tour D'Alberta road bike tour.
We started in Mornville, rode through Alcomdale, Legal, Bon Acord and back to Mornville.

Blue is Speed, Green is Elevation. It was a very nice day with a bit of a breeze from the North West.

Anita!All in all - lots of fun. The lasst 15km were hard - into wind and very tired. While I tried to stay hydrated, I didn't quite do it - and I started to cramp up a bit in my right leg. I was able to work it out and finished the race. Not to sore on Sunday - but a bit drained.......
